General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through the online store www.deal4u.ch. By placing an order, you agree to these GTC. Any conflicting or deviating terms and conditions of the customer shall not be recognized unless Deal4u has expressly agreed to their validity in writing.

2. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather a non-binding online catalog.

By clicking the “Buy Now” button, you submit a binding order for the goods contained in your shopping cart. An order confirmation will be sent immediately after the order has been submitted. The purchase contract is only concluded upon our explicit confirmation or upon delivery of the goods.

3. Prices and Shipping Costs

Prices may vary depending on the destination country. They are displayed in the respective local currency and include applicable value-added tax (VAT), where required by law. Shipping costs are charged separately and displayed during the ordering process.

Please note that additional customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may apply depending on the destination country. Such charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery is available worldwide to the shipping address provided by the customer. Unless otherwise stated for a specific product in the online store, the estimated delivery time is generally between 2 and 15 business days.

Deal4u shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by shipping providers or by force majeure (unforeseeable events beyond our control).

5. Payment

Payment may be made using the payment methods offered during the checkout process.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the full invoice amount is due no later than the time of delivery of the goods or provision of the service.

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of Deal4u until full payment has been received.

7. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to return ordered goods within 14 days of receipt, provided that the items are unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

The following items are excluded from the right of return:

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Worn, used, or damaged goods

  • Hygiene products (for hygiene reasons)

  • Digital products

Returns are made at the customer's own cost and risk. Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, the purchase price will be refunded.

8. Warranty and Liability

The statutory warranty provisions of Swiss law shall apply.

Deal4u shall not be liable for damages resulting from improper use, normal wear and tear, or inadequate maintenance of the products.

Any further liability, particularly for indirect damages, consequential damages, or loss of profit, is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

9. Data Protection

Personal data collected will be used exclusively for processing orders and maintaining customer relationships. Data will only be shared with third parties to the extent necessary for the fulfillment of the contract (e.g., shipping providers and payment processors).

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These GTC shall be governed exclusively by the laws of Switzerland, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

The place of jurisdiction shall be the registered office of Deal4u, unless mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwise.
