Terms and Conditions (T&C)

1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop www.deal4u.ch. By placing an order, you accept these Terms and Conditions. Deviating terms and conditions of the customer will not be recognized unless Deal4u expressly agrees to their validity in writing.

2. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to browse an online catalog.

By clicking the "Buy Now" button, you place a binding order for the items contained in your shopping cart. An order confirmation is sent immediately after submitting the order. The purchase contract only comes into effect upon our express confirmation or upon delivery of the goods.

3. Prices, Taxes, and Customs Clearance

All prices listed are net prices and are stated in the respective national currency. Prices may vary depending on the country of destination. Statutory VAT will be charged additionally depending on the country of destination and will be transparently displayed prior to completing the order.

  • Switzerland: Shipping within Switzerland is free of charge.

  • Other Countries: For all other countries, shipping costs will be calculated additionally and transparently displayed during the checkout process.

  • Customs and Import Duties: For cross-border deliveries, customs duties, import taxes, and other import fees may apply. These costs are not included in the purchase price and must be borne entirely by the buyer. Invoicing is typically handled directly by the relevant customs or shipping service provider upon delivery.

4. Delivery and Shipping Terms

(1) Free Shipping: Delivery of our items is generally free of charge for you.

(2) Partial Deliveries: To guarantee optimal availability and fast processing, we work with a decentralized logistics network. For this reason, an order may be dispatched in multiple separate packages for technical or logistical reasons. Naturally, this will not incur any additional costs for you.

(3) Delivery Times: Unless otherwise stated on the respective product page, standard delivery takes between 2 and 15 business days, depending on the destination country, the respective warehouse, and product availability.

(4) Delivery Delays: In exceptional cases, longer delivery times may occur due to increased shipping volume, logistical delays, or customs clearance processes. We have no control over delays caused by shipping providers or events beyond our reasonable control.

5. Payment

Payment can be made using the payment methods offered during the checkout process.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the full invoice amount is due no later than the time of delivery or performance of service.

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of Deal4u until full payment has been received.

7. Right of Return and Cancellation

Because we price our products with narrow margins, we do not offer a voluntary right of return for change of mind. Returns are only permitted in the event of defects (warranty).

8. Warranty and Liability

Statutory Swiss warranty provisions apply.

Deal4u is not liable for damage caused by improper use, natural wear and tear, or lack of proper care.

Further liability, particularly for indirect damages or lost profits, is excluded.

9. Data Protection

Collected data is used exclusively to process orders and maintain customer relationships. Data is only shared with third parties to the extent necessary for contract fulfillment (e.g., shipping providers, payment processors). For further information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

The place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of Deal4u, provided no mandatory statutory provisions state otherwise.
