Surprisingly good, it works well 👍. But it would be helpful to have a better assembly manual because it doesn't explain how to install each part.
First of all, the build quality doesn't feel cheap; it's solid and sturdy.
I don't think anything will break unless you use it roughly.
The spring is available in two colors, blue and red, and is set to blue strength by default. If you find it too weak, you can switch to the red spring for stronger tension.
The exercise effect is beyond expectations considering the size and price of the machine.
Of course, it can't be compared to the hip abductor machine in the gym, but it can provide sufficient exercise effects for home use or simple workouts.
The delivery was earlier than expected, the product arrived in good condition as shown on the website, the structure seems sturdy, now it will have to be tested with exercises.
